Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, sea salt, organic barley malt, cultured wheat flour, organic vital wheat gluten, organic high oleic sunflower and/or safflower oil, organic oat flour, yeast, vinegar, ascorbic acid, natural enzymes. CONTAINS: WHEAT
