A traditional sourdough bread with a distinctive but not overbearing sour taste. Moderately crusty. A classical bread that is as great with sandwiches as it is with pasta, seafood...or just toasted with a little butter and jam or honey. Use whole loaves hollowed out as bread bowls for party dips or hearty soups and stews.

Ingredients:

Organic unbleached wheat flour, water, organic whole rye flour, sea salt, cultured wheat flour, organic vital wheat gluten, organic high oleic sunflower and/or safflower oil, organic barley malt, yeast, organic oat flour, vinegar, ascorbic acid, natural enzymes. CONTAINS: WHEAT
